Registration
A separate registration submission is required for each race participant. The registration fee is $30/person for the 5K and $20/person for the 1-mile walk. The deadline for confirmed availability of t-shirts and sponsor signage is Sunday, March 15, 2026. Registration fees increase by $5 on March 21, 2026. Timed bibs will only be available for the first 600 5K race individuals registered. The 1 mile walk will not have timed bibs.
Sponsorships
Invest in the Thomas Hayes Mayo 5K with a sponsorship! There are four levels to choose from including Marathon ($1,000), Champion ($750), Sprinter ($500), and Trail ($250). All levels include sponsor logo signage at the event and logo representation on the back of our race t-shirt. Family sponsorships are welcome!

Philanthropy
All proceeds benefit the Thomas Mayo Lab at the William Magee Center. The lab seeks to change the conversation around student mental health and substance misuse, transforming and saving lives in the process. The lab is named after a beloved Ole Miss student who died at age 21 of fentanyl poisoning. We are excited to have MS Race Timing join us this year as our official race timing company. MS Race Timing is a family-owned race timing and management company located in Madison, Mississippi. They will work closely with our committee to ensure our race day is perfect!
